Ted Frumkin
Ted Frumkin was literally born into the real estate business as his father has been finding sites for various corporations since Ted was 4 years old. Ted most recently served as the Chief Development Officer for Sprouts Farmers Market helping to add more than 200 stores during his tenure. Ted has been responsible for new store expansion, property management, site acquisition and disposition, construction and facility maintenance, and strategic relationships and partnerships related to new store development for several well known retail and restaurant companies. During Ted’s 35+ years in the real estate business, he has worked for Staples, Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Office Depot, Wal-Mart, and Taco Bell. Over his career, Ted has added over 10,000,000 sf of retail space and over 150 restaurant outlets across the United States.

Bob Lambert

Bob Lambert has been working in the construction industry for over 40 years, dating back to his summers in between college years. Bob most recently served as the Sr. Director of Construction and Architecture for Sprouts Farmers Market where he led his team in opening over 170 new store locations and over 65 remodels in the past 6 years. Bob has been responsible for construction and architecture services for a multitude of retailers across the U.S. over his career. During Bob’s 40 years in the business, he has worked for 2 General Contractors, Marshalls, Staples, Linen’s N Things, Kay Bee Toys, Thom McCann Shoes, Prints Plus, Chess King Clothing and Fan Club Shoes. Over his career, Bob’s total new store opening count is well in excess of 1,000 new store openings in over 45 states across the U.S.
